Failure of any server or service or any resource utilization exceeding specified limits sends out a notification pops-up immediately on the screens of our Monitoring team. The notification system also processes escalation of issues where SMS alerts are sent out to higher level system administrators in the event of delayed response, and subsequently to the Management.
